Peak training: This is when things get tough, when the training load is high and you just work, eat, swim, bike, run, sleep. The triathlon training is a rollercoaster and it is sometimes hard to get going.

Racing is back :-D Got the opportunity to pop to Denmark to do my first triathlon race in 20 months! It was hot, it was tough but it was also a lot of fun!
This was a key preparation race for the big day tackling Ironman Copenhagen in August.
